GooGa Terms of Service
GooGa (the "App") is provided by Nine Realms Creation Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access, register for, use, purchase from, subscribe to, publish content in, or otherwise interact with the App.
This English version prevails. Any Traditional Chinese text on this page is provided for reference only.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, registering for, logging in to, browsing, publishing content in, using chat, using community features, purchasing, subscribing, redeeming, unlocking, restoring purchases, or continuing to use GooGa, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Payment and Refund Rules, and other rules shown in the App or on our website.
If you do not agree to these rules, please stop using the App.
2. Service Description
GooGa is an emotional companion and social app that provides account, chat, community, comment, creator content, image and audio interaction, membership, yellow diamond, colored diamond, report, block, and customer support features.
Companion, chat, community, and generated content in the App is mainly for communication, companionship, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychotherapy, legal, investment, or other professional advice.
If you are in an emergency involving self-harm, harm to others, disappearance, fraud, acute psychological crisis, or similar risk, please immediately contact family, police, medical services, or a local professional hotline.
3. Account Rules
- You must provide true, lawful, and valid information when using the service.
- Your account is for your own use only. You may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, or otherwise provide it to others.
- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Losses caused by voluntarily disclosing, lending, or sharing your account are your responsibility.
- You may not impersonate others, impersonate official staff or customer support, or maliciously register multiple accounts to disrupt platform order.
- You may not use bulk registration, automated operations, manipulation of counts or benefits, review manipulation, report manipulation, or similar methods to interfere with the service.
- If an account has abnormal login activity, violations, disputes, complaints, or security risks, we may restrict account functions or require security verification according to our rules.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the content you publish, upload, comment on, send, attach images to, attach audio to, or create. You represent that your content is lawful and does not infringe another person's portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other lawful rights.
User content includes chats, community posts, comments, avatars, nicknames, signatures, profile text, images, audio, character settings, world settings, creator content, report statements, appeal statements, and customer support feedback.
You may not publish illegal, infringing, explicit, vulgar, violent, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, gambling-related, off-platform transaction inducement, harassment, privacy leakage, or service-disrupting information.
5. Content License
You retain the rights you lawfully own in your content. To provide the service, you grant us the necessary rights to use submitted content within the scope of the service, including storage, display, formatting, transmission, moderation, recommendation display, report handling, complaint handling, appeal handling, safety protection, and technical processing.
For content you actively publish publicly, we may display it to other users within GooGa and may rank, recommend, fold, restrict display of, or remove it according to product rules.
This license is only for providing, maintaining, improving, and protecting the service. It does not mean that we own your content.
6. Generated and Interactive Content
Some chats, images, audio, or interactive content in GooGa may be generated by systems based on your inputs, creator settings, and service rules. Generated results may be inaccurate, unstable, or unsuitable for you.
You may not induce, organize, or use the App to generate illegal, infringing, explicit, vulgar, violent, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, gambling-related, harassing, privacy-leaking, or otherwise improper content.
You are responsible for judging whether generated content is suitable to continue using, saving, sharing, or publishing publicly. If generated content makes you uncomfortable or you believe it violates rules, you may report it, block the relevant user or content, or contact customer support.
Generated content is not medical, psychotherapy, legal, investment, employment, education, or other professional advice. You should not rely solely on generated content to make important decisions.
7. Creator Content
Creators must ensure that published content is lawful, truthful, publishable, non-infringing, and not misleading. Whether creator content requires membership, yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, or other benefits depends on the page display.
Creators may not use off-platform payments, private transactions, payment inducement, or similar means to bypass in-app rules.
If creator content is complained about, reported, or found not to comply with our rules, we may restrict display, require changes, remove content, limit creator abilities, reverse improper proceeds, or take other necessary action.
8. Community Conduct Rules
You must comply with the Community Guidelines. If you publish or spread violating content, we may, depending on the circumstances, remove content, restrict display, mute, restrict functions, suspend service, ban accounts, recover improper proceeds, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
If you encounter uncomfortable, unsafe, or violating content, you may use report, block, and customer support features.
9. Paid and Virtual Benefits
Digital content, membership benefits, yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, and unlock functions in the App are completed through Apple in-app purchases.
Product names, prices, periods, and benefit details are subject to the purchase page and Apple's actual display. You may not bypass in-app purchase rules or induce or conduct off-platform purchases for in-app digital content.
Yellow diamonds and colored diamonds are only for use within the App. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for change, cannot be privately traded, and cannot be transferred.
10. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Subscriptions are auto-renewing services. Unless you actively cancel, Apple will automatically renew according to the period shown at purchase.
To avoid being charged for the next period, we recommend cancelling auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Actual charge time, amount, currency, taxes, and billing display are subject to Apple's processing.
Deleting the App, logging out, or deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. To cancel a subscription, please manage it in your Apple account.
11. Refunds and Benefit Reversal
For purchases completed through the Apple App Store, charges and refunds are generally handled by Apple according to Apple's rules. You may submit a request through Apple's official refund entry. Whether a refund is granted, when it is granted, and the refunded amount are subject to Apple's review result.
Our customer support can help check order status, explain product content, and explain usage, but cannot promise a refund result on Apple's behalf.
If Apple approves a refund, or if an order is revoked, charged back, reversed, or refused, we may reverse the corresponding subscription benefits, yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, unlocked content, or related services. If benefits have already been used, we may deduct them from later benefits or restrict related functions until the matter is handled.
12. Intellectual Property
The GooGa product name, interface, services, text, graphics, icons, trademarks, logos, page design, feature design, and related content, except content lawfully owned by users, belong to us or relevant rights holders.
Without permission from us or the relevant rights holder, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, scrape, bulk download, mirror, crawl, or otherwise improperly use service content.
13. Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit opinions, suggestions, issue feedback, or improvement ideas to us, you agree that we may use them to improve the service, fix issues, optimize experience, or develop new features without paying compensation to you.
Your feedback should not include another person's private information, trade secrets, or content you are not authorized to provide.
14. Third-Party Services
The App may involve Apple Sign In, Apple in-app purchases, cloud services, storage, push, customer support, content safety, and other third-party services.
Third-party services are provided by their respective providers and are subject to their terms. We cooperate with third-party services within the necessary scope, but we do not guarantee all actions of independent third-party services.
15. Service Changes and Interruptions
We try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that the service will never be interrupted. Delays, interruptions, data abnormalities, or partial unavailability may occur because of system maintenance, network failures, device reasons, third-party reasons, regulatory requirements, or force majeure. We will handle these matters within a reasonable scope.
We may adjust, suspend, remove, or restrict features because of operations, safety, compliance, product planning, or technical needs. For changes involving important user rights, we will explain them through reasonable methods.
16. Account Deletion, Restrictions, and Termination
You may submit an account deletion request in the App. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel auto-renewal in Apple subscription management first.
After account deletion, account profile, chats, relationships, membership status, yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, published content, and similar items may be deleted, cleared, anonymized, or unrecoverable.
If you seriously violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, laws, regulations, or platform safety rules, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service to you.
17. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, GooGa is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be safe, error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or suitable for your expectations.
You understand that chat, community, creation, image, audio, and interactive content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or uncomfortable. You should use judgment and assume the risks of using related content.
This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, data loss, profit loss, goodwill loss, or other similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
If we are found legally liable, that liability will be limited to the lowest scope permitted by law. This section does not affect mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Handling
Except where mandatory laws in your location provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
For disputes arising from these Terms or the service, you may first contact us at [email protected]. We will try to resolve the dispute through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court or institution with jurisdiction.
20. Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement
If no custom license agreement is uploaded in App Store Connect, the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's mandatory applicable terms, Apple's mandatory terms prevail.
21. Updates to These Terms
If these Terms materially change, we will notify you through in-app prompts, announcements, or other reasonable methods and update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service means you agree to the updated Terms.

2. 服務說明
GooGa 是一款情感陪伴與社交應用,提供帳號、聊天、社群、評論、創作者內容、圖片和音訊互動、會員、黃鑽、彩鑽、舉報、封鎖和客服等服務。
本應用中的陪伴、聊天、社群內容主要用於交流、陪伴和娛樂,不構成醫療、心理治療、法律、投資或其他專業意見。

3. 帳號規則
- 你應提供真實、合法、有效的資訊使用服務。
- 帳號僅供你本人使用,不得轉讓、出租、出借或售賣。
- 你應妥善保管帳號登入資訊。因你主動洩露、轉借或共用帳號造成的損失,由你自行承擔。
- 不得冒充他人、官方或客服,或惡意註冊多個帳號擾亂平台秩序。
- 不得透過批量註冊、自動化操作、刷量、刷權益、刷評論、刷舉報等方式破壞服務秩序。
- 如帳號存在異常登入、違規行為、爭議、投訴或安全風險,我們可以按規則限制帳號功能或要求你完成安全校驗。
4. 用戶內容
你對自己發布、上傳、評論、傳送、配圖、配音、創作的內容負責。你保證這些內容合法,且不會侵犯他人的肖像權、名譽權、私隱權、著作權、商標權或其他合法權益。
用戶內容包括但不限於聊天內容、社群貼文、評論、頭像、暱稱、簽名、個人簡介、圖片、音訊、角色設定、世界設定、創作者內容、舉報說明、申訴說明和客服反饋。
你不得發布違法、侵權、色情低俗、暴力、仇恨、歧視、詐騙、賭博、誘導站外交易、騷擾他人、洩露私隱或破壞服務秩序的資訊。
5. 內容授權
你保留你依法擁有的內容權利。為了提供服務,你授予我們在服務範圍內使用你提交內容的必要權利,包括儲存、展示、排版、傳輸、審核、推薦展示、處理舉報、處理投訴、處理申訴、進行安全保護和技術處理。
對於你主動公開發布的內容,我們可以在 GooGa 服務內展示給其他用戶,並可按產品規則進行排序、推薦、折疊、限制展示或刪除。
該授權僅用於提供、維護、改進和保護服務,不代表我們取得你內容的所有權。
6. 生成內容和互動內容
GooGa 中的部分聊天、圖片、音訊或互動內容可能由系統根據你的輸入、創作者設定和服務規則生成。生成結果可能存在不準確、不穩定或不適合你的情況。
你不得誘導、組織或利用本應用生成違法、侵權、色情低俗、暴力、仇恨、歧視、詐騙、賭博、騷擾、洩露私隱或其他不當內容。
你應自行判斷生成內容是否適合繼續使用、保存、分享或公開發布。若生成內容令你不舒服,或你認為內容違規,可以使用舉報、封鎖、聯絡客服等方式反饋。
生成內容不構成醫療、心理治療、法律、投資、就業、教育或其他專業意見。你不應僅依賴生成內容作出重要決定。
7. 創作者內容
創作者應保證發布內容合法、真實、可發布,不得侵權,不得誤導用戶。創作者內容是否需要會員、黃鑽、彩鑽或其他權益,以頁面展示為準。
創作者不得透過站外收款、私下交易、誘導轉帳等方式繞過 App 內規則。
如創作者內容被投訴、舉報或發現不符合規則,我們可以限制展示、要求修改、刪除內容、限制創作能力、撤回違規所得或採取其他必要處理。
8. 社群行為規則
你應遵守內容規則/社群規範。若你發布或傳播違規內容,我們有權視情況刪除內容、限制展示、禁言、限制功能、暫停服務、封禁帳號、追回違規所得、配合調查。
如果你遇到不舒服、不安全或違規內容,可以使用舉報、封鎖、聯絡客服等功能。
9. 付費和虛擬權益
App 內數碼內容、會員權益、黃鑽、彩鑽和解鎖功能,均透過 Apple 應用內購買完成。
商品名稱、價格、週期、權益內容,以購買頁面和 Apple 實際展示為準。你不得繞過 App 內購買規則,誘導或實施站外購買站內數碼內容。
黃鑽、彩鑽僅限在本應用內使用,不是現金,不可提現,不可找零,不可私下交易,不可轉讓。
10. 訂閱、自動續訂和取消
訂閱屬於自動續費服務。只要你沒有主動取消,Apple 會按照你購買時看到的週期自動續費。
為避免下一週期繼續扣費,建議你至少在目前訂閱週期結束前 24 小時取消自動續訂。實際扣費時間、金額、幣種、稅費和帳單展示,以 Apple 實際處理結果為準。
刪除 App、退出登入或刪除帳號,不等於取消 Apple 訂閱。如你要取消訂閱,請在 Apple 帳戶中操作。
11. 退款和撤回權益
透過 Apple App Store 完成的購買,扣款和退款一般由 Apple 按其規則處理。你可以透過 Apple 官方退款入口提交申請,是否退款、何時退款、退多少,以 Apple 審核結果為準。
本應用客服可以協助你查看訂單狀態、說明商品內容和使用情況,但不能替 Apple 承諾退款結果。
如果 Apple 同意退款,或訂單被撤銷、拒付、沖正,我們有權同步撤回對應的訂閱權益、黃鑽、彩鑽、已解鎖內容或相關服務。若相關權益已經被使用,我們可以從後續權益中扣回或限制相關功能,直到處理完成。
12. 知識產權
GooGa 的產品名稱、介面、服務、文字、圖形、圖示、商標、標識、頁面設計、功能設計和相關內容,除用戶依法擁有權利的內容外,歸我們或相關權利人所有。
未經我們或相關權利人許可,你不得複製、修改、分發、出售、出租、反向工程、抓取、批量下載、鏡像、爬取或以其他方式不當使用服務內容。
13. 反饋和建議
如果你向我們提交意見、建議、問題反饋或改進想法,你同意我們可以在不向你支付報酬的情況下,用於改進服務、修復問題、優化體驗或開發新功能。
你提交反饋不應包含他人的私隱資訊、商業秘密或你無權提供的內容。
14. 第三方服務
本應用可能涉及 Apple 登入、Apple 應用內購買、雲端服務、儲存、推送、客服、內容安全和其他第三方服務。
第三方服務由對應第三方提供並受其條款約束。我們會在必要範圍內與第三方服務配合,但不對第三方獨立服務的全部行為作出保證。
15. 服務變更和中斷
我們會盡力保持服務穩定,但不保證服務永不中斷。因系統維護、網絡故障、設備原因、第三方原因、監管要求或不可抗力造成的延遲、中斷、資料異常或部分功能不可用,我們會在合理範圍內處理。
我們可以根據營運、安全、合規、產品規劃或技術需要,調整、暫停、下線或限制部分功能。涉及用戶重要權益的變化,我們會透過合理方式說明。
16. 帳號刪除、限制和終止
你可以在 App 內提交刪除帳號申請。刪除帳號不等於取消 Apple 訂閱。如你有未結束訂閱,請先到 Apple 訂閱管理中取消自動續訂。
刪除帳號後,帳號資料、聊天、關注關係、會員狀態、黃鑽、彩鑽、發布內容等,可能會被刪除、清空、匿名化或無法恢復。
如果你嚴重違反本協議、內容規則、法律法規或平台安全規則,我們可以限制、暫停或終止向你提供全部或部分服務。
17. 免責聲明
在法律允許範圍內,GooGa 按現狀和可用狀態提供服務。我們不保證服務永遠安全、無錯誤、不中斷,也不保證所有內容都準確、完整、適合你的預期。
你理解,聊天、社群、創作、圖片、音訊和互動內容可能出現不準確、不適當或令你不舒服的情況。你應謹慎判斷並自行承擔使用相關內容的風險。
本條不排除或限制法律不能排除或限制的責任。
18. 責任限制
在法律允許範圍內,因使用或無法使用服務產生的間接損失、附帶損失、特殊損失、懲罰性損失、資料遺失、利潤損失、商譽損失或其他類似損失,我們不承擔責任。
如法律認定我們需承擔責任,該責任應以法律允許的最低範圍為限。本條不影響消費者依法享有的強制性權利。
19. 適用法律和爭議處理
除你所在地強制適用法律另有規定外,本協議適用香港特別行政區法律。
因本協議或服務產生爭議時,你可以先透過 [email protected] 聯絡我們。我們會盡量透過友好協商解決。協商不成的,任何一方可向有管轄權的法院或機構提交爭議。
20. Apple 標準許可協議
如 App Store Connect 未上傳自訂許可協議,本應用同時適用 Apple 標準最終用戶許可協議。若本協議與 Apple 強制適用條款衝突,以 Apple 強制適用條款為準。
21. 協議更新
如本協議發生重要變化,我們會透過 App 內提示、公告或其他合理方式告知你,並更新本頁頂部的 Last Updated 日期。你繼續使用服務,表示你同意更新後的協議。
