GooGa (the "App") is provided by Nine Realms Creation Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, disclose, and protect your information, and how you can manage it.

This Policy applies to the GooGa mobile app, related web pages, account services, content management, customer support, and safety handling. Third-party websites, app stores, payment services, login services, and external pages have their own privacy rules. Please review their policies when you use them.

The App currently does not read your contacts, does not request precise location permission, and does not use third-party advertising tracking tools. If we add new sensitive permissions later, we will notify you before use.

These processes are mainly used to provide features and maintain safety. If processing has a significant impact on content or an account, you may appeal through the product entry or contact details.

If California privacy law applies, you may request to know the categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion or correction; request limitation on the use of sensitive personal information; and exercise your rights without discriminatory treatment. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If relevant data protection law applies, our legal bases for processing personal information may include performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, and legitimate interests in safety, service improvement, anti-fraud, dispute handling, and product operations.
