GooGa Payment and Refund Rules
These Rules explain GooGa membership, subscriptions, auto-renewal, cancellation, yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, refunds, benefit handling, and restore purchase matters.

1. Payment Channel
GooGa is listed on the Apple App Store. Memberships, colored diamonds, and other digital benefits purchased in the App are completed through Apple in-app purchases.
We do not direct users of the iOS version to purchase in-app digital content through off-platform methods.
2. Prices and Effectiveness
Product names, prices, periods, and benefit details are subject to the purchase page and Apple's actual display.
Whether a purchase succeeds depends on Apple's charge result and order status. After a successful purchase, the corresponding benefits will be delivered to your account according to the page description.
If benefits are delayed because of network issues, Apple processing, account abnormalities, or other reasons, you may try restoring purchases or contact customer support for review.
3. Subscription Rules
- Current subscription items are subject to the purchase page display.
- There is currently no free trial. If trials or promotions are added later, Apple's display and the purchase page will control.
- After a subscription succeeds, you will receive the membership benefits described on the page during the corresponding period.
- After auto-renewal is cancelled, benefits already effective in the current period can usually continue to be used until the period ends.
- After a subscription expires, is refunded, is reversed, or fails to renew, the corresponding membership benefits and later yellow diamond issuance may stop.
- Subscription benefits with specific quotas or use scopes are subject to the page display.
4. Auto-Renewal Notice
- Subscriptions are auto-renewing services.
- Unless you actively cancel, Apple will automatically renew according to the period shown at purchase.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, we recommend cancelling auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- Actual charge time, currency, taxes, amount, and billing display are subject to Apple's processing.
- Deleting the App, logging out, or deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel a subscription, please manage it in your Apple account. The App cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription for you.
Common iPhone path:
- Open iPhone Settings.
- Tap your Apple account.
- Open Subscriptions.
- Select GooGa.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
You may also manage subscriptions through the App Store profile icon. Entry names may differ by system version. Please follow your device's actual display.
6. Restore Purchases
The App provides restore purchase functionality. Currently, restore purchase mainly covers subscription status and does not promise restoration of consumable colored diamond packs. If an order status is abnormal, please provide necessary order information to customer support for review.
Restoring purchases does not mean reissuing yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, membership quotas, or used benefits that have already been consumed.
7. Yellow Diamond Rules
Yellow diamonds are part of membership benefits. They are usually obtained by daily subscription claim and may accumulate.
Yellow diamonds can only be used in the App according to the page description. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for change, cannot be transferred, and cannot be privately traded.
After a subscription expires, is refunded, is reversed, or fails to renew, later yellow diamond issuance may stop. Used yellow diamonds will not be restored unless otherwise required by law or stated on the page.
8. Colored Diamond Rules
Colored diamonds are usually obtained through Apple in-app purchases or platform compensation.
Colored diamonds can only be used in the App according to the page description. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for change, cannot be transferred, and cannot be privately traded.
Colored diamonds purchased through Apple do not automatically expire because of time. If activity grants or compensation colored diamonds have use conditions or expiration periods, they should be explained when issued.
9. Deduction Order
When you hold both yellow diamonds and colored diamonds, the current rule is to deduct yellow diamonds first, then colored diamonds. If the rule is later adjusted, it should be explained in advance and kept consistent across App text, agreements, and product descriptions.
10. Delivery Issues
If Apple has charged you but benefits have not arrived, please first confirm:
- Whether you are logged in to the same App account used for the purchase.
- Whether the Apple order is completed and not pending.
- Whether you can use restore purchase in the App.
- Whether there may be network delay or Apple processing delay.
When contacting customer support, we recommend providing the order time, product name, amount, Apple order screenshot, and your account identifier. Do not provide full bank card numbers, payment passwords, or verification codes.
11. Refund Notice
For subscriptions, colored diamonds, and other digital content purchased through the Apple App Store, charges and refunds are generally handled by Apple according to Apple's rules.
You may submit a request through Apple's official refund entry at reportaproblem.apple.com. Whether a refund is granted, when it is granted, and the refunded amount are subject to Apple's review result. Apple generally says you can check request updates within 24 to 48 hours after submission, and funds may take more time to return.
Our customer support can help check order status and explain product content and usage, but cannot promise a refund result on Apple's behalf.
If there is an obvious delivery abnormality, duplicate delivery abnormality, long service unavailability, or another good-faith reasonable reason, you may contact us and explain the situation. We will help review it, but Apple's refund handling result still controls.
12. Cases Usually Not Supported for Refunds
The following situations are usually not reasons for us to promise a refund:
- Dissatisfaction with the style, quality, or content of chats, images, audio, or other generated results.
- Accidental purchase, change of mind, or failure to cancel auto-renewal in time.
- Yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, membership quotas, or unlocked digital content have already been consumed.
- Account or function restrictions caused by violation of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Product descriptions, subscription periods, and auto-renewal notices were shown on the purchase page or in Apple's purchase flow, but the user did not notice them.
These rules do not affect your ability to submit a refund request to Apple under Apple's rules and do not limit rights expressly granted to you by law.
13. Benefit Handling After Refund or Reversal
If Apple approves a refund, or if an order is revoked, charged back, reversed, or refused, we may reverse the corresponding subscription benefits, yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, unlocked content, or related services.
If related benefits have already been used, we may deduct them from later benefits or restrict related functions until handling is completed.
If we find abnormal refunds, malicious refunds, repeated chargebacks, abnormal transactions, or use of refund rules to obtain improper benefits, we may restrict account purchases, benefit use, benefit claims, or some functions.
14. Account Deletion and Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel auto-renewal in Apple subscription management first.
After account deletion, membership status, yellow diamonds, colored diamonds, unlocked content, and similar items in the account may not be recoverable. Before deleting your account, please confirm subscriptions, purchases, disputes, and content you need to keep.
15. Frequently Asked Questions
Will subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Subscriptions are auto-renewing services. Unless you actively cancel, Apple will automatically renew according to the period shown at purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Please cancel it in Apple account subscription management. The App cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription for you.
Does account deletion cancel my subscription?
No. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel auto-renewal in Apple subscription management first.
Who handles refunds?
Refunds for purchases completed through the Apple App Store are generally handled by Apple according to Apple's rules. We can help check order status and benefit delivery, but cannot promise a refund result on Apple's behalf.
What are yellow diamonds?
Yellow diamonds are part of membership benefits. They are usually obtained by daily subscription claim, may accumulate, and can only be used in the App according to the page description.

1. 支付渠道

- 取消自動續費後,目前週期內已生效的權益通常可繼續使用到本週期結束。
- 訂閱過期、退款、撤銷或續費失敗後,對應會員權益和後續黃鑽發放可能停止。
- 訂閱權益有具體額度或使用範圍,以頁面展示為準。
4. 自動續訂說明
- 訂閱屬於自動續費服務。
- 只要你沒有主動取消,Apple 會按照你購買時看到的週期自動續費。
- 為避免下一週期繼續扣費,建議你至少在目前訂閱週期結束前 24 小時取消自動續訂。
- 實際扣費時間、幣種、稅費、金額和帳單展示,以 Apple 實際處理結果為準。
- 刪除 App、退出登入或刪除帳號,不等於取消 Apple 訂閱。
5. 取消方式
如你要取消訂閱,請在 Apple 帳戶中操作。本應用內不能替你直接取消 Apple 訂閱。
常見路徑:
- 打開 iPhone「設定」。
- 點擊你的 Apple 帳戶。
- 進入「訂閱」。
- 選擇 GooGa。
- 點擊「取消訂閱」。
也可以在 App Store 右上角頭像中的訂閱管理裡處理。不同系統版本入口名稱可能不同,請以設備實際顯示為準。
6. 恢復購買
App 內提供恢復購買能力。目前確認恢復購買主要覆蓋訂閱狀態,不承諾恢復消耗型彩鑽包。若訂單狀態異常,請透過客服提供必要訂單資訊協助核查。
恢復購買不代表重新發放已消耗的黃鑽、彩鑽、會員額度或已使用權益。
7. 黃鑽規則
黃鑽是會員權益的一部分,通常透過訂閱每日領取獲得,可累積。
黃鑽只能在本應用內按頁面說明使用,不是現金,不可提現,不可找零,不可轉讓,不可私下交易。
訂閱過期、退款、撤銷或續費失敗後,後續黃鑽發放可能停止。已使用的黃鑽不予恢復,法律另有規定或頁面另有說明除外。
8. 彩鑽規則
彩鑽通常透過 Apple 應用內購買或平台補償獲得。
彩鑽只能在本應用內按頁面說明使用,不是現金,不可提現,不可找零,不可轉讓,不可私下交易。
透過 Apple 購買獲得的彩鑽不因時間自動過期。活動贈送或補償發放的彩鑽,如設定使用條件或使用期限,應在發放時說明。
9. 扣費順序
當你同時持有黃鑽和彩鑽時,目前口徑為先扣黃鑽,再扣彩鑽。若後續規則調整,應在頁面中提前說明,並保持 App 內文案、協議和商品說明一致。
10. 到帳異常
如果 Apple 已扣款但權益沒有到帳,請先確認:
- 你是否登入了購買時使用的同一個 App 帳號。
- Apple 訂單是否已經完成,而不是待處理。
- 是否可以在 App 內使用恢復購買。
- 是否存在網絡延遲或 Apple 處理延遲。
聯絡客服時,建議提供訂單時間、商品名稱、金額、Apple 訂單截圖和你的帳號識別資訊。請不要提供銀行卡完整號碼、支付密碼或驗證碼。
11. 退款說明
透過 Apple App Store 購買的訂閱、彩鑽和其他數碼內容,扣款和退款一般由 Apple 按其規則處理。

12. 通常不支援退款的情況

以上不影響你按 Apple 規則向 Apple 提交退款申請,也不限制法律明確賦予你的權利。
13. 退款或撤銷後的權益處理
如果 Apple 同意退款,或訂單被撤銷、拒付、沖正,我們有權同步撤回對應的訂閱權益、黃鑽、彩鑽、已解鎖內容或相關服務。
若相關權益已經被使用,我們可以從後續權益中扣回或限制相關功能,直到處理完成。
如我們發現異常退款、惡意退款、重複拒付、異常交易或利用退款規則獲取不當利益,我們可以限制帳號購買、使用權益、領取權益或使用部分功能。
14. 帳號刪除和訂閱
刪除帳號不等於取消 Apple 訂閱。如你有未結束訂閱,請先到 Apple 訂閱管理中取消自動續訂。
刪除帳號後,帳號內會員狀態、黃鑽、彩鑽、已解鎖內容等可能無法恢復。刪除帳號前,請先確認訂閱、購買、爭議和需要保留的內容。
15. 常見問題
訂閱會自動續費嗎?
會。訂閱屬於自動續費服務,只要你沒有主動取消,Apple 會按照你購買時看到的週期自動續費。
