GooGa Community Guidelines

These Guidelines explain the standards that apply to content users publish, create, comment on, chat about, upload, or share in GooGa. They apply to communities, comments, chats, creator profiles, avatars, nicknames, signatures, images, audio, and public content.

This English version prevails. Any Traditional Chinese text on this page is provided for reference only.

1. Content Review and Publishing

Community posts, comments, world comments, avatars, nicknames, profile text, creator content, and similar content may be reviewed. Some content may show as under review after submission and become publicly visible only after approval.

Review does not mean that we approve, guarantee, or endorse the content. Even after content is displayed, we may remove it, restrict its display, or take other action if a violation is later found.

To protect users and the community, some content may be limited in recommendations, folded, visible only to yourself, returned for changes, or blocked from publishing.

2. Basic Community Requirements

When using GooGa, you must respect others and comply with laws, regulations, and these Guidelines.

You may not insult, threaten, harass, discriminate against, shame, or bully others. You may not maliciously spam, provoke conflict, induce off-platform transactions, or disrupt community order.

You may not use intimacy, false identity, false promises, gifts, subscriptions, or other methods to induce others to do unsafe, illegal, or clearly unreasonable things.

3. Avatars, Nicknames, and Profiles

Avatars, nicknames, signatures, profile text, profile backgrounds, creator profiles, and similar materials are public content and must comply with these Guidelines.

You may not use illegal, explicit, vulgar, violent, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, official-impersonating, person-impersonating, privacy-leaking, or infringing content as profile information.

You may not use nicknames, avatars, or introductions that could cause others to believe you are official staff, customer support, reviewers, partners, or another user.

4. Protection of Minors

You may not publish, spread, induce, or organize any sexual, suggestive, violent, abusive, grooming, dangerous meeting, privacy-leaking, or otherwise improper content involving minors.

If a person, character, or image in content may be understood as a minor, avoid any improper, ambiguous, explicit, violent, or dangerous presentation.

Content violations involving minor safety may be removed immediately, related accounts may be banned, and we may cooperate with lawful handling.

5. Sexual, Vulgar, and Sensitive Content

You may not publish explicit sexual content, sexual transactions, prostitution solicitation, sexual extortion, secretly recorded intimate content, non-consensual intimate content, vulgar suggestive content, or content that induces others to provide improper images, audio, videos, contact information, or offline meetings.

You may not publish gore, violence, abuse, hateful, extremist, or similar content that may cause serious discomfort, fear, humiliation, or harm to others.

Depending on age rating, user safety, regulatory requirements, and community experience, the platform may remove sensitive content, restrict display, limit recommendations, or take other action.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not publish, spread, induce, organize, or conduct the following content or behavior:

  1. Illegal content or behavior.
  2. Explicit, vulgar, or sexual content, especially improper content involving minors.
  3. Personal attacks, insults, threats, stalking, harassment, discrimination, shaming, or bullying.
  4. Fraud, money scams, gift scams, private transfer inducement, unauthorized top-up, off-platform transactions, order manipulation, or gambling.
  5. Impersonating others, official staff, or customer support, or fabricating identity to gain trust.
  6. Leaking, requesting, buying, or selling another person's private information.
  7. Publishing another person's portrait, voice, work, or other protected content without permission.
  8. Malicious traffic diversion, advertising spam, repeated flooding, or malicious marketing.
  9. Encouraging self-harm, harm to others, dangerous meetings, illegal acts, or other high-risk behavior.
  10. Publishing false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or potentially harmful information.
  11. Uploading or spreading content that may damage devices, data, or service stability.
  12. Using vulnerabilities, scripts, automation tools, bulk accounts, or abnormal transactions to break platform rules.
  13. Any behavior that damages normal platform operations, fair transactions, or community order.

7. Generated Content and Creator Content

You may not induce, organize, or use the App to generate or publish prohibited content. Worlds, characters, images, audio, text descriptions, and other content published by creators are also subject to these Guidelines.

Creators may not publish infringing content, mislead users, induce private transactions, or publish content beyond the App's age rating or platform rules.

If creator content is found to violate rules, we may remove content, restrict display, limit creator abilities, reverse improper proceeds, restrict account functions, or take other necessary action.

8. Copyright and Rights of Others

Content you upload or publish should be owned by you, or you must have obtained lawful authorization.

You may not upload, publish, adapt, or spread content that infringes another person's copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, trademarks, or other lawful rights.

If a rights holder believes content in GooGa infringes their lawful rights, they may contact us at [email protected]. To help us process the matter, please provide:

  1. The rights holder's name or entity name.
  2. Your contact information.
  3. Proof of rights or authorization.
  4. The location, screenshot, or link of the complained-about content.
  5. The reason you believe the content is infringing.
  6. The action you want us to take.

We will review and handle requests according to our rules. For repeated infringement, malicious infringement, or refusal to correct, we may restrict or terminate use of the service.

9. Reports, Blocking, and Appeals

If you encounter uncomfortable, unsafe, or violating content, you may use report, block, and customer support features.

After a report is submitted, we will handle it according to our rules. We do not promise that every report will be completed immediately or that the result will match any party's subjective expectation.

After blocking, follows may be cancelled and both sides may temporarily stop seeing each other's content. Unblocking will not automatically restore the follow relationship.

If you believe a content decision is mistaken, you may submit an appeal through customer support and provide the content link, screenshots, handling time, and your explanation where possible.

10. Violation Handling

Violating content may be removed, restricted in display, or returned for changes. Violating accounts may be warned, restricted from posting, restricted from commenting, restricted from creating, restricted from private messages, restricted from login, or restricted from using some functions.

For serious violations, repeated violations, review circumvention, or disruption of community order, we may ban accounts and cooperate with lawful handling. After an account is banned, some data and benefits may not be recoverable.

11. Repeated Violations and Circumvention

If you use new accounts, another person's account, name changes, image changes, split content, variant expressions, or inducement of others to publish on your behalf to bypass restrictions, we may treat the behavior as repeated or malicious violation.

Accounts that repeatedly violate rules, maliciously violate rules, organize others to violate rules, or exploit rule loopholes may receive heavier handling, including long-term restrictions or bans.

1. 內容審核和發布

社群貼文、評論、世界評論、頭像、暱稱、個人簡介、創作者內容等可能會經過審核。部分內容提交後會先顯示為審核中,審核通過後才會公開展示。

審核不代表我們認可、保證或背書該內容。即使內容已經展示,如後續發現違規,我們仍可能刪除、限制展示或採取其他處理。

為了保護用戶和社群,部分內容可能被限制推薦、折疊、僅自己可見、退回修改或禁止發布。

2. 社群基本要求

你在使用 GooGa 時應尊重他人,遵守法律法規和本規則。

你不得辱罵、威脅、騷擾、歧視、羞辱、霸凌他人,不得惡意刷屏、引戰、誘導他人站外交易或擾亂社群秩序。

你不得利用親密關係、虛假身份、虛假承諾、禮物、訂閱或其他方式誘導他人進行不安全、不合法或明顯不合理的行為。

3. 頭像、暱稱和個人資料

頭像、暱稱、簽名、個人簡介、主頁背景、創作者資料等也屬於公開內容,應遵守本規則。

不得使用違法、色情低俗、暴力、仇恨、歧視、詐騙、冒充官方、冒充他人、洩露私隱或侵權內容作為個人資料。

不得使用容易令人誤認為官方人員、客服人員、審核人員、合作方或其他用戶本人的暱稱、頭像或介紹。

4. 未成年人保護

不得發布、傳播、誘導或組織任何涉及未成年人的色情、挑逗、暴力、虐待、誘騙、危險見面、私隱洩露或其他不當內容。

如內容中的人物、角色或形象可能被理解為未成年人,應避免任何不當、曖昧、露骨、暴力或危險呈現。

涉及未成年人安全的違規內容可能被立即刪除,相關帳號可能被封禁,並可能依法配合處理。

5. 色情低俗和敏感內容

不得發布露骨性內容、色情交易、招嫖、性勒索、偷拍內容、未經同意的親密內容、低俗挑逗內容,或以任何方式誘導他人提供不當圖片、音訊、影片、聯絡方式或線下見面。

不得發布可能造成他人嚴重不適、恐懼、羞辱或傷害的血腥、暴力、虐待、仇恨、極端內容。

平台可根據年齡分級、用戶安全、監管要求和社群體驗,對敏感內容採取刪除、限制展示、限制推薦或其他處理。

6. 禁止內容

你不得發布、傳播、誘導、組織或實施以下內容或行為:

  1. 違法違規內容。
  2. 色情低俗、露骨性內容,尤其是涉及未成年人的不當內容。
  3. 人身攻擊、辱罵、威脅、跟蹤、騷擾、歧視、羞辱、霸凌。
  4. 詐騙、騙錢、騙禮物、誘導私下轉帳、代充、站外交易、刷單、賭博。
  5. 冒充他人、官方或客服,編造身份騙取信任。
  6. 洩露、索要、買賣他人私隱資訊。
  7. 未經允許發布他人肖像、聲音、作品或其他受保護內容。
  8. 惡意引流、廣告刷屏、重複灌水、惡意營銷。
  9. 教唆自傷、傷人、危險見面、違法行為或其他高風險行為。
  10. 發布虛假、誤導、誹謗、侵權或可能造成他人損害的資訊。
  11. 上傳或傳播會破壞設備、資料或服務穩定的內容。
  12. 利用漏洞、腳本、自動化工具、批量帳號或異常交易破壞平台規則。
  13. 任何破壞平台正常營運、公平交易和社群秩序的行為。

7. 生成內容和創作內容

你不得誘導、組織或利用本應用生成或發布禁止內容。創作者發布的世界、角色、圖片、音訊、文字說明等內容,也適用本規範。

創作者不得發布侵權內容,不得誤導用戶,不得誘導私下交易,不得發布超出年齡分級或平台規則允許範圍的內容。

如果創作者內容被認定違規,我們可以刪除內容、限制展示、限制創作能力、撤回違規所得、限制帳號功能或採取其他必要處理。

8. 版權和他人權利

你上傳或發布的內容應由你本人擁有,或你已經取得合法授權。

不得上傳、發布、改編、傳播侵犯他人著作權、肖像權、名譽權、私隱權、商標權或其他合法權益的內容。

如果權利人認為 GooGa 中的內容侵犯其合法權益,可以透過 [email protected] 聯絡我們並提供必要證明。為便於處理,請提供:

  1. 權利人姓名或主體名稱。
  2. 你的聯絡方式。
  3. 權利證明或授權證明。
  4. 被投訴內容的位置、截圖或連結。
  5. 你認為內容侵權的理由。
  6. 你希望我們採取的處理方式。

我們會按規則核查並處理。對於重複侵權、惡意侵權或拒不改正的帳號,我們可以限制或終止其使用服務。

9. 舉報、封鎖和申訴

如果你遇到不舒服、不安全或違規內容,可以使用舉報、封鎖、聯絡客服等功能。

舉報提交後,我們會按規則處理,但不承諾每個舉報都能立即完成,也不承諾處理結果一定符合任何一方的主觀期待。

封鎖後,可能會取消關注,雙方暫時看不到彼此內容;解除封鎖後,不會自動恢復關注關係。

如果你認為內容處理有誤,可以透過客服提交申訴,並盡量提供內容連結、截圖、處理時間和你的說明。

10. 違規處理

違規內容可能被刪除、限制展示或退回修改。違規帳號可能被提醒、限制發帖、限制評論、限制創作、限制私信、限制登入或限制使用部分功能。

嚴重違規、重複違規、繞過審核或破壞社群秩序時,我們可能封禁帳號並配合依法處理。帳號被封禁後,部分資料和權益可能無法恢復。

11. 重複違規和繞過限制

如果你透過新帳號、他人帳號、改名、改圖、拆分內容、變體表達、誘導他人代發等方式繞過限制,我們可以將相關行為視為重複違規或惡意違規。

重複違規、惡意違規、組織他人違規、利用平台規則漏洞的帳號,可能受到更重處理,包括長期限制或封禁。
