GooGa is provided by Nine Realms Creation Limited.

This page explains how to request deletion of your GooGa account, what data is deleted or anonymized, and what data may be retained for legal, financial, safety, or dispute handling purposes.

How to delete your account in GooGa

Open GooGa.
Go to Profile.
Open Settings.
Open Account and Security.
Tap Delete Account.
Read the notice, enter your password, and confirm.

After confirmation, your account will be disabled immediately. Account deletion cannot be recovered.

If the in-app entry is unavailable, contact us at [email protected]. Include the account ID, registered email or phone number if available, and a short description of the request. Do not send your password.

Data deleted or anonymized

Personal profile, including nickname, avatar, profile text, birthday, region, occupation, login credentials, and bound account information.
Chats and interactions, including private chats, world chats, group chats, context, summaries, memories, and relationship states.
Social relationships, including friends, following, contacts, group membership, and moment interactions.
User-published content, including moments, community posts, comments, user-created worlds, characters, and related materials.
Devices and notifications, including login devices, push tokens, and device records.
Uploaded files, including avatars, images, audio, and file references linked to the account.
Preferences and settings, including recommendation preferences, notification settings, and privacy settings.

Data that may be retained

Completed payment orders, refunds, tax, finance, subscriptions, and diamond balance records may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer if required by applicable law.
Anti-fraud, risk control, safety, restriction, moderation, dispute handling, and legal compliance records may be retained for up to 2 years, or until the relevant dispute, investigation, or legal requirement ends.
Support emails and manual deletion request records may be retained for up to 2 years.
System logs, crash records, performance records, and security troubleshooting records are usually retained for up to 180 days, unless needed for security incidents or legal requirements.
Backup data is usually retained for up to 90 days and is then overwritten or cleaned according to backup cycles.
A minimal anonymized account record may be retained to connect retained financial and audit records.

Subscriptions

Deleting your GooGa account does not automatically cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Please manage subscription renewal in Apple or Google subscription settings.

如何在 GooGa 刪除帳號

打開 GooGa。

點選「刪除帳號」。
閱讀提示，輸入密碼並確認。

確認後，帳號將立即停用。帳號刪除後無法恢復。

如果應用內入口無法使用，請透過 [email protected] 聯絡我們。請提供帳號 ID、已綁定的電郵或電話號碼（如有），以及簡短刪除請求說明。請不要提供密碼。

會刪除或匿名化的資料

個人資料，包括暱稱、頭像、個人簡介、生日、地區、職業、登入憑證和綁定帳號資料。
聊天和互動資料，包括私聊、世界聊天、群聊、上下文、摘要、記憶和關係狀態。
社交關係，包括好友、關注、聯絡人、群組成員關係和朋友圈互動。
用戶發布內容，包括朋友圈、社群貼文、評論、用戶建立的世界、角色和相關素材。
裝置和通知資料，包括登入裝置、推送 token 和裝置記錄。
上傳檔案，包括頭像、圖片、音訊和與帳號綁定的檔案引用。
偏好和設定，包括推薦偏好、通知設定和私隱設定。

可能繼續保留的資料

已完成的支付訂單、退款、稅務、財務、訂閱和鑽石流水記錄，可能最多保留 7 年，或按適用法律要求保留更長時間。
反欺詐、風控、安全、限制、審核、爭議處理和法律合規記錄，可能最多保留 2 年，或保留至相關爭議、調查或法律要求結束。
客服郵件和人工刪除請求記錄可能最多保留 2 年。
系統日誌、崩潰記錄、效能記錄和安全排查記錄通常最多保留 180 天，安全事件或法律要求除外。
備份資料通常最多保留 90 天，之後按備份週期覆蓋或清理。
最小匿名化帳號記錄可能繼續保留，用於掛接已保留的財務和審計記錄。
